The Midday Method is a 45-minute semi-private training program designed for busy adults in their 30s to 50s who want a smarter way to train.

•    2 semi-private sessions per week (meets Tue & Thu)
•    Small groups (3 person max) for personalized coaching

•    Weekly nutritional goals and optional home workouts/cardio/flexibility included

8 Session Option: $280 (~1/3 the cost of 1-on-1 personal training...)
