I'm Nick Clayton, founder of Elevate Fitness, and I'm a lot like you - a busy husband, dad, and business owner who knows what it's like when life gets crazy. (My three year old and two dogs keep me moving, that's for sure.)
After earning my Master's degree in Exercise Science and MBA, I spent more than 25 years in the fitness and performance industry - holding leadership roles and coaching everyone from college and professional athletes to post-rehab clients and busy professionals.
I led education for over 20,000 trainers worldwide through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

At 48 years old, I thought my days of competing in spartan races were done, I was dealing with a laundry list of inuries-an old ankle issue, low back pain, and a nagging shoulder problem.
